Get ready for a one-of-a-kind Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience! The Oslo Gi Quintet (OGQ) brings together top-level athletes from across the Nordics and beyond for an explosive day of team-based competition. Eight elite teams — four male and four female — will battle it out in an electrifying 5-on-5 submission-only format, where strategy, teamwork, and skill decide who stays on the mat. Each team is led by a black belt captain, joined by teammates from every belt level: brown, purple, blue, and white. Expect fast-paced action, upsets, and highlight finishes as teams from Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm, Örebro, and Iceland go head-to-head for the title — and a total prize pool of 60,000 NOK (30k each for the winning male and female teams). Between the matches, enjoy music, commentary, and a special super fight featuring some of the region’s most exciting grapplers.
